With one annual fee, our smoke alarm technicians provide unlimited services for rental properties, whether it’s an annual service, an inspection before a tenancy changeover or otherwise. All smoke alarms on the property will be cleaned, tested, battery changed and made compliant in accordance with the latest smoke alarm laws. As for any smoke alarms installed or replaced, an additional cost will be charged.
